自発動功とクレンジング
ふくすけさんのブログにこんな記事がありました。

ブルブル振るい落とそう！

なるほどなあ・・自発動功系の動きには、クレンジング効果あるんじゃないか、と以前から思っていましたが、

私がやった事ある自発動功系と言うと、まず野口整体の活元運動。
岡島治夫（現岡島瑞徳）先生の道場で教わったのですが・・・
そう言えば岡島先生が
「活元運動中に願い事思うと、叶いますよ」
と言ってたの思い出しました。

その時は脳波がα波になるせいかな、と思ってたのですが、クレンジング効果もあったんですね。

活元運動の詳しい説明はまた後ほど・・
